Home Inspections

I provide a comprehensive visual evaluation of the home’s structure, systems, and major components—from roof to foundation. I assess heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, roofing, attic, insulation, and more. You’ll receive a detailed, photo-rich report within 24 hours, helping you understand the property’s condition and make confident, informed decisions.

Pre-Listing Inspections

If you’re preparing to sell, I perform a pre-listing inspection to identify issues before your home hits the market. This allows you to address concerns in advance, avoid surprises during negotiations, and demonstrate transparency to buyers. A proactive inspection can help justify your asking price and streamline the transaction process.

11-Month Warranty

Before your builder’s one-year warranty expires, I conduct a detailed inspection to identify defects or concerns that may still be covered. From structural components to mechanical systems, I document issues you can submit to your builder for repair. This helps protect your investment and ensures your home performs properly.

New Construction

Even newly built homes can have defects. I inspect new construction properties to verify proper installation of systems and components according to current standards. I evaluate structural elements, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more—providing peace of mind that your brand-new home was built correctly and safely.
